She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Lucille Hoots (Carlisle); her husband Michael Church; and her sister Sue Yarborough. She is survived by: her children, Rocky Church of Wood River and Michelle Jones of Roxana; her grandchildren, Brenna Church, Madelyn Church and Benjamin Church; and her sister Teresa Hawkins (David) of Rosewood Heights.

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
