She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lee and Eva Lee (Vail); and her siblings, Ida Lee, Oscar Lee, Robert Lee and Joseph Lee (Richard Lee).
She is survived by: her husband Donald Provo; her children, Jason Lee (Kelsey) of Springfield, Jaclyn Hartwell (Devone) of Bethalto, Caleb Provo of Jacksonville and Carley Provo of Edwardsville; her siblings, Bertha Slow (Tom) of Roodhouse, Charles Lee of Hamburg and Henry Lee of South Roxana; and her grandchildren, Erin Lee, Brynlee Hartwell, Caleb Hartwell, Karlie Hartwell, Carson Devine and Mylee Simmons. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association.
