He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy E. Webb and Velma M. Buchanan Webb of Pleasant Hill; his son Drew Webb; his great grandchildren, Ayden and Wylie Hudock; and his siblings, Jim Webb, Bob Webb, Juanita Vetter, Wilma Rodhouse, Wanda Herron, Marie Carroll and Sondra Heimer.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Webb of Roxana; and his children, Madge Strohmeier (Ron Dillow) of Alton, Phyllis Webb (Mark Gernigin) of East Alton and B. Dean Webb (Susan) of East Alton. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lummis Funeral Home (502 S Main St, Pleasant Hill, IL 62366). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
