He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Worden and Annie Laurie Worden; his stepparents, Vernon Sinclair and Beatrice Worden; and his grandson Antouine Castaneda.
He is survived by: his daughters, Natalie Elyea (Todd), Andrea Demory-Falotico (Mark) and Ashley Laufer (Eric); his grandchildren, Dustin Castaneda (Amanda Norwood), Sharon Castaneda, Christian Wilkins (Danielle), Cody O'Connell (Haley), Kyle O'Connell, Kameron O'Connell (Tara), Caleb Laufer and Jacob Laufer; his great grandchildren, Vanessa, Viviana, Logan, Jaxon, Ryder, Hunter, Dawson and Reign; and his sisters, Nancy Johnson (Bill), Marsha Reich (Tim) and Sandra Woodstock (Arch). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation.
