He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Mahoney and Mary Mahoney (Gallagher); his wife Fay Mahoney; and his brothers, John Robert, Edward and Patrick Mahoney.
He is survived by: his children, Evelynn "Lynn" Carroll, Michael Mahoney and Colleen Ross (Ray); his grandchildren, Kaylee Gebhardt, Tara Dowd, Sean Dowd and Ryan Carroll; his great grandchildren, Hope, Sean Jr. and Annabella; and his siblings, Terry, Michael, Gregory, Timothy, Mark Mahoney and Mary D. Strong.
