He is survived by: his wife Tania Lozano; his son Eli Tellez; his parents, Jose Tellez (Herminia) and Maria Carmen Mendez (Alfonso); and his siblings, Edgar Tellez (Llanet), Jose Tellez (Tania), Janet Irazoque (Salvador), Lizeth Garcia (Christian) and Cristal Galvan (Alfonso). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
