He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Perez and Celia Perez. He is survived by: his wife Dianne (Simonson); his children, Joseph (Diane), Jacqueline Stanley (Algywn) and John (Debbie); and his sister Hilda Pulido (Humberto). He is also survived by grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
