With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael F. Schumacher of Round Lake, Illinois, who passed away on December 22, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Schumacher and Margaret Schumacher; his former wife Geraldine Schumacher; and his son Stephen Williams. He is survived by: his sister Margie Schumacher; his wife Jane W. Schumacher; his children, Christine Blum (Christopher), Michael M. Schumacher (late Lori), William Schumacher and Ann Strack (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Kevin (Jaclyn), Breanne (Jesse), Caile, Katie (Sean) and Shannon (Jeff); and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Annabeth, Luna, Rocky, Peter, Maija, Mae and Charleigh.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Malec & Sons Funeral Home (6000 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646). A prayer was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
