He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Luptak (Dutch); his wife Sharon; his children, Gina DeNight (Daniel) of Palatine, IL and Michael Luptak of Antioch, IL; his brother Eugene Luptak of Ringwood, IL; and his grandchildren, Raeann and Mary. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
