He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Garza and Margarita Garza (Sanchez). He is survived by: his wife Alicia; his children, Cristo Garza (Jennifer) and Surranda Garza (Kolade); his grandchildren, Gavin, Greyson, Oludaré and Bisola; and his siblings, Juan Jesus Garza and Margarita Martinez.
