It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald F. Valek Sr. in Round Lake, Illinois, who passed away on July 1, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Valek and Doris Valek. He is survived by: his son Gerald F. Jr. "Bubba" Valek (Stephanie Erpito); his siblings, Linda Dunning (Chuck), Diane Roberts (late Mike) and David; and his partner's children, Mike Wagner and Elizabeth Rivas (Rosendo). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren.
