It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erasmo Villarreal of Round Lake, Illinois, born in Big Wells, Texas, who passed away on August 11, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Isidro Villarreal and Carmen P. Villarreal; and his son Ramon "Ray" (Rosalie). He is survived by: his wife Erlinda; and his children, Erasmo Jr., Esmeralda, Ruben, Irma, David (late Jeanette), Margie, Valerie (Edgar), Carmen (Robert), Carolina (Ariel) and Raquel (Gilberto). He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
