We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2023, at the age of 95, DeVere Phillips Harmon of Round Lake, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Vernon and Lucile Jane Harmon (Phillips); his wife Frances Marie Hall Harmon; his son Vernon Roy Harmon; his sisters, Fannie Christensen and Joanna Turner; and his brothers-in-law, Gale Christensen, Merlin Turner and Dale Hunsaker.
He is survived by: his son Ronald D. Harmon (Mindy) of Johnsburg, Illinois; his grandchildren, Amalie E. Henrichsen (John) of Murray, Justin R. Harmon (Allison) of Pocatello, Aaron P. Harmon (Kailley) of Bull Valley and Lindsay M. Harmon of Johnsburg, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Emmett, Kinley, Finn, Asher, Odden and Eli; his siblings, Gordon Harmon (Jackie) of Pocatello, Gloria Nemelka (Michael) and Susanne Hunsaker; and his sister-in-law Opal Ratcliffe of Fort Gay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
