He is survived by: his wife LaVaughn; his grandchildren, Melissa Quartana (Josh) of Wisconsin and Cameron Barnes of Lake Villa, IL; his great grandchildren, Giana Quartana and Gio Quartana; his siblings, Lloyd and Sarah Ruth; and his daughter-in-law Donna Barnes of Lake Villa.
