He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy and Lillian; and his siblings, Dolores Thorby and Robert Thorby. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Berchtold; his stepsons, David Berchtold (Sharon) of Dublin, OH and Jeff Berchtold (Kathy) of Lindenhurst, IL; and his grandchildren, Zach, Alex, Nathan and Cassidy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and friends.
