He was predeceased by: his parents, William II and Harriet Capps; and his siblings, Larry Smith and Patricia Capps. He is survived by: his wife Linda Capps; his children, Jenna Gaylor (Richard) of Spring Grove, Ashley Wisniewski (Ryan) of Huntley, Alexis Dawiec (Matthew) of McHenry and Jason Capps; his granddaughters, Emma, Allie Wisniewski and Lilly Dawiec; his siblings, Debbie Faurbo (late Ted) of Grayslake, W. Lee Capps (Kati) of Miramar Beach, FL and Sandy Slattery (Shawn) of San Antonio; and his aunts, Estelle Capps (late Jack) of LaGrange and Jan (late Hageman) of Des Plaines. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
