He was predeceased by: his brother Dennis Johnsen; and his parents, Violet Johnsen and Melvin "Doc" Johnsen. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Johnsen; his daughter Jennifer Hernandez (Eddie Garcia); his stepdaughters, Becky Winkelmann (Jeff) and Jill Monda (Jeff); his grandchildren, Isabella, Grace and Bob; his stepgrandchildren, Jaden, Julian and Jasmine; and his siblings, Betty Lentz (Dave), Keith Johnsen (Megan), Melody Wargo (late Joe) and Rick Johnsen (Nancy).
In lieu of flowers donations to March of Dimes will be greatly appreciated.
