He was predeceased by: his mother Sarafina Tellez; and his brother Crisoforo Tellez. He is survived by: his father J. Angel Tellez; his wife Alicia Ortega Tellez; his sons, Cesar Tellez (Carina Farjardo) and Daniel Tellez; his grandchildren, Alexsis Sophia Tellez of Lakemoor, IL, Jasmin Tellez of Lakemoor, IL and Cesar Tellez Jr. of Waukegan, IL; and his siblings, Niafa Tellez of Cotiro Mexico, Reyes Tellez (Elitania) of Cotiro Mexico, Clementina Tellez of Round Lake, IL, Ataide Tellez (Vidal), Samuel Tellez (Yolanda Paz), Baldemar Tellez (Maria Edith), Miguel Tellez (Luz Maria) and Arturo Tellez (Yajaira) of Carpentersville, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
