She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Garnaat and Melia Garnaat; and her brother Harold Garnaat. She is survived by: her children, Andrew (Jessica), Phillip (Lola), Matthew (Melinda "Mindy"), Amanda Foy (Travis) and Bethany (Matt Loiacano); her grandchildren, Gwendolyne, Christopher, Kaitlyne, Jessalynn, Andrew Jr., Andreanna, Trina, Addelyn, Jay, Titus, Reagan, Truman Scheltens, Eli, Amelia, Noah, Natalie Foy, Olivia and Mark Martinello; her husband Chuck; and her siblings, Russ Jr., Kenny, Albert, Jimmy, Priscilla Followell, Sharon Pickett, Bette Powell, Patricia and Ernestine.
