He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jo; and his siblings, Donald Kramer, Ruth Miller, Mary Miller and Karen Jordan.
He is survived by: his parents, Herman Kramer and Dorothy Kramer (Swinford); his children, David Kramer (Tammy Hurley), Janet Kramer (Mike Burns) and Kathleen Kramer; his grandchildren, Jesse, Cassie, Terra, Mikaela, Caleb, Amelia and Eliza; and his siblings, Ralph Kramer (Karen), Michael Kramer (Zeonia) and Kathryn White (Marvin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
