It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Gerharz of Round Lake Beach, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 19, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Gerharz and Virginia Gerharz; and his brother Peter Gerharz. He is survived by: his siblings, Georgene Mink (Ron), Richard Gerharz (Esther), Donna Russo (Jim), Tina Nelson (Rocky), Mark Gerharz, April Westergren (David) and Melissa Gerharz (Bella Hill); his sister-in-law Marylue Gerharz; his godchildren, Julie Rawlings, Michael Westergren, Matthew Mink and Timothy Rumickis; and his pets, Annie, Jessie and Lucy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
