He is survived by: his wife Martha; his son Zachary of Grayslake, IL; his siblings, Mark (Jolene) of Oregon, Trinice Steaffens (Jeff) of Colorado and Taryn Kinkelaar (Jim) of Georgia; and his nieces and nephews, Janine, Colleen, Sarah, Matthew, Cooper, Cameron, Michael, Abbie, Quinn and Garrett.
