We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2019, at the age of 91, Elmer S. Johnson (Round Lake Beach, Illinois), born in Waterman, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville Johnson and Bernice Johnson (Fleenor); his spouse Joyce G. Carlson; his children, David Johnson (Pam) of Twin Lakes and Jerri Sue Long of Oakhurst, California; his grandchildren, Krista Quackenbush (Scott), Jerred Long (Tiffani), Joshua Long (Darci), Joel Long (Stephanie), Japheth Long (Brittany) and Jonah Long (Lindsay); and his sisters, Orva Carson (Dan) and Beatrice Gore. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and step-children.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Elmer S. Johnson Memorial Fund, addressed to the Johnson Family in care of Anderson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 605, 2011 South Fourth Street, DeKalb, IL 60115.
