He was predeceased by: his mother Maudie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Davenport; his daughters, Shannan Davenport, Tiffany Shaver (James) of McHenry and Monica Long (Mark) of Spring Grove; his grandchildren, Robert, Emmett Frisbie, Jillian, Jackson Shaver, Max and Madi Long; his brothers, Dale Smith (Vickie), Edward Smith and Randy Smith; his father John Davenport; his brother Michael "Smitty" Smith; his stepfather William "Billy" Smith; and also Maudie Smith of Sardinia, OH. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
