She is survived by: her parents, Victoria Gomez (Jaime Santiago) and Carlos Gonzalez; her sister Leslie Maite Diaz; and her grandparents, Frank Gomez, Victoria Gomez, Crystal, Eloisa Sandoval and Juan Gonzalez. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Crystal's name may be made to Advocate Condell Medical Center - Cancer Care Services.
