He is survived by: his wife Shari Trevithick; his daughter Savannah Trevithick; his father Tony Trevithick; his stepfather Jack Shull; his brothers, Rick Trevithick (Lee) and Steve Trevithick (Kirsten); his sisters-in-law, Sara Cassidy, Kelly Kennelly (Joe) and Brandy Wells (Mike); his father-in-law Helen Cassidy; and also, Mike Welsek (Norma) and Gerry Cassidy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
