Dorothy I. Watrous Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2020, at the age of 99, Dorothy I. Watrous of Rossville, Illinois, born in Hoopeston, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lovell H. Hamilton and Ethel Hamilton (Stump); her husband Clifford Watrous; and her siblings, Maxine Calkins, Maxwell Hamilton, Marian "Babe" Hamilton, Mary Blundell and Doris Hathaway.
She is survived by: her children, Regina Bushong of Mapleton, IL, Joan Jarvis (Jim) of Bloomington, IL, Dr. Michael L. Watrous (Carol) of Elgin, IL and John H. Watrous of Rossville, IL. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Dorothy's memory to the Rossville United Methodist Church, 116 Maple St. Rossville, IL 60963.
