She was predeceased by: her husband Harold "Shorty" Millikan; her parents, Mary P. Gilland Tabor and Coy B Gilland; her daughters, Virginia Faye Millikan and Cindy Myers; her grandmother Sally Myrtle Davidson; and her siblings, Harold, Billy, Jim Gilland and Becky Stallion.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Jo Millikan of Rosiclare, IL; her sisters, Pat Wiggins of Burna, KY and Doris Dameron of Marion, KY; her grandchild Abby Robinson; and her great grandchildren, Jachob Gaus, Sugar Star and Will.
