He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Webster and Nellie Webster; his children, Jimmy Wallace and Cyndi Kempton; and his brothers, Bill and Dick Webster.
He is survived by: his wife Opal Webster of Rosiclare, IL; his daughters, Donna Webster, Cheryl Webster and Shirley Kasch; and his sisters, Nancy, Judy and Sherry. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren along with a host several nieces and nephews.
