He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Randell Smith (Kelli), Dalton Joseph Foster, April Dale Foster, Brayden Lee Foster, Mason, Haley Faye Foster, Jenna Rose Foster and Courtney Renfroe (Jenny); his mother Mary Anna McGhee; and his siblings, Football Gulley (Donna), Chrissie Leonberger (Mike Cox), Regina Johnson (Randy), Russell Foster (Keri), Anna Marie Foster and Randy Vaughn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
