He is survived by: his sons, Jon Hayden of Rosiclare, IL and Alvin Hayden of Murray, KY; his siblings, Shirley Davis (Chuck) of Springfield, IL, Jack Hayden (Beulah) of Rosiclare, IL and David Hayden of Rosiclare, IL; and his grandsons, Dustin Hayden and Ethan Hayden.
