He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Russell Warren; and his brother Ronnie Warren. He is survived by: his mother Verna R. Warren (English) of Rosiclare; his wife Dora Kay Bayne; his daughters, Kimberly Ann Jennings of Metropolis and Misty Dawn Forwe of Cave-In; his grandchildren, Tyler Jennings (Laura) of Palmyra, Tennessee, Kayla Jennings of Metropolis, Joshua Warren (Beth) of Herrin, Brennon Warren (Haley) of De Soto, Addisyn Warren (Jordan Hartman) and Rowan Flynn of Cave-In; his great grandchildren, Aniston Jennings and Lawson Jennings of Palmyra; and his siblings, Larry Warren of Rosiclare, Gary Warren (Rita) of Cave-In, Regina Cowsert (David) of Metropolis, Sharon Robinson (Mike) of Herod, Ricky Warren (Anna) of Metropolis, Kevin Warren of Rosiclare, Debbie Wallace (Bill) of Rosiclare and Joyce Boone (Scott) of Henderson, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
