He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin Allen and Margaret Allen; and his siblings, Kenneth Allen and Teresa Griswold. He is survived by: his children, Robert Allen, Ella Staggs, Jamie Staggs and Ben Staggs; and his siblings, Rosemary Frailey, Sheila Allen, Janice Ferguson, Virginia Neal and Billy Allen. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 3 half grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
