He was predeceased by: his parents, Logan Moore and Myrtle Moore; his wife Virchel; and his siblings, Charles, Carl, Billy, Gary, Ruth Stacey, Shirley Gibbs, Bettie Moore and Carlene Shockley.

He is survived by: his children, Dan (Karen Moore) of Rosiclare, IL, Charles (Rose Moore) of Lawton, OK, Kasi Spivey of Maryland Heights, MO and Paula Matney of Paducah, KY; and his friend David Kellar. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, numerous nephews, nieces.
