He is survived by: his wife Cannie Imogene Smith of Rosiclare, IL; his sons, Johnny of Rosiclare, IL and Jimmy Summers of Rosiclare, IL; his siblings, Harold, Bill Smith, Jenny Leonberger, Betty Smith and Evelyn Brueger (Larry); his grandchild Ashley Dembeck (Dennis); his great grandchildren, Aniyah and Anzley; and his close friend Laura.
