He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Leasure of Big Rapids, MI, Shawna Williams of Morley, MI, Tina Moore of Big Rapids, MI, Erika Metzger of Rodney, MI and Arika Smith of Rosiclare, IL; his siblings, Monica (Gary Banks), Dena Cullum of Rosiclare, IL and Ronnie (Stacy Williams); and his caregivers, Charmon Clark and Louise Vaughn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
