She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Hill and Maudie Hill; her grandson Tommy Wilson; and her siblings, Alene Vaughn, Cora Hayden and James A. Hill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Loreta Wilson of Eldorado, IL and Diane Gay of Shawneetown, IL; her grandchildren, R. L., Sam, Jon and Vanessa; her close friend Bill Drumm of Elizabethtown, IL; and her siblings, Maxine Frailey of Rosiclare, IL and Leon Hill of Eldorado, IL. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Stone Church (6 Stone Church Rd, Rosiclare, IL 62938). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Empire Cemetery.
