She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ruth and Eva Ruth (Green); and her husband John P. Coulter, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Huss of Stronghurst, IL, Bryan Coulter (Janine) of LaHarpe, IL and Daniel Coulter (Pamela) of Galesburg, IL. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Eleanor L. Coulter Memorial Fund and left in the care of the funeral home.
