She is survived by: her parents, Monte Martin and Gwen Martin (Shryack) of Roseville, IL.; her husband Jeremy L. Wise; her children, Alexandria Dayle Wise, Frankie Lee Wise II and Kelsie Hope Wise; her brother Travis Martin (Nicole) of Dekalb, IL.; her father-in-law Butch Wise (Cindy) of Roseville, IL.; and her sister-in-law Tiffany Dickerson of Roseville, IL.. She is also survived by Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions masks will be required and social distancing will be observed.
