We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2024, at the age of 83, Charles Baxter of Roseville, Illinois, born in Monmouth, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Orion B. Sr. Baxter and Florence Pearl Baxter (Bainter); and his siblings, Blanche Mummert and Orion B. "Bing" Baxter, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Char Von Hemp (Mari) of Lakeland, Florida; his granddaughter Maisie; his nephews, John and Jim Mummert; and his niece Jule Mummert.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to aid with funeral expenses.
