Vicki Forni Obituary

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dr. Phillip Forni; her children, Laura Heinl (Christopher) and Jason Forni; her grandchild Kendall Heinl; her parents, Clifford Kilian (Elaine) and Peggy Kilian; and her siblings, Cathy Stratman, Dayna Pierzchala (Rick), Kerri Brehn (Terry), Tod Kilian (Cameo) and Kelly Ramirez (Ray).

Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (405 S Rush St, Itasca, IL 60172). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
