He is survived by: his wife Antoinette; his daughter Katherine Griggs (Matthew); his granddaughters, Emma and Abigail; his stepdaughter Angelina Fato; his parents, William Polke Sr. (Carol) and Carol Lee (Tommie); his siblings, Bill Polke, Lisa Becher (John) and Leah Marshall (Rob); and his nieces and nephews, Robert, Melissa, Megan, Gil, Gregg, Cam, Jared, Dannica, Haylee and Asher.

“Timmy was one of a kind. Working with him and the rest of the Berwyn/Elmhurst/Schaumburg Crew for so many years, coming in each day was fun. No matter what the day brought, we always counted on laughs or a new story. He was the most loyal of friends, way smarter than he let on(purposely), employed selective hearing, and most of all; incredibly proud of his children. To know Timmy is to never forget him. I am sure where he is now is "Perrrfect". God Bless his family and so many friends.”
