She was predeceased by: her parents, William Zachary Hillsman and Bettie Sue McCraw; and her husband Leo Herman Winters. She is survived by: her siblings, Lucy Elizabeth and Hallie Meredith; her pets, Stubby, Gypsy, Copy, Muffin, Gitzy, Saint, Chelsea, Cal, Douglas, Pyewacket and Holly; her sons, Paul (Susan) and Robert (Terresa); her grandchildren, Robert (Rimma), Katherine, Nicholas, Zachary and Abby (Peterson); her great grandchildren, Tessa and James; and also, James Byrd, Johns White and Emily Blanton. She is also survived by cousins, nieces.
