It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeff Jacobson (Roselle, Illinois), who passed away on August 6, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Jacobson and John Jacobson. He is survived by: his wife Melody; his daughters, Jennifer Sword (Justin) and Kimberly Garrison (Nathan); his granddaughters, Lillian, Lucy and Grace; and his brothers, John Jacobson and Dan Jacobson (Pam).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Schaumburg Athletic Association in his honor.
