It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Sirovy of Roselle, Illinois, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George, Sr. Sirovy and Juanita Sirovy (Collins); and his siblings, George E. Sirovy, Jr. (Janet), Victor Sirovy (Janine), James Sirovy (Phyllis), Wanda Pilette (Robert) and Marilyn Mohyde (Ray).
He is survived by: his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Kay Sirovy of Glen Ellyn, Illinois; his nephew Terry Sirovy of Wilmington; his great-niece Sarah Cyrkiel (Niko); and his great-nephew Nicholas Sirovy (Maddison).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Reeves Funeral Home (75 N Broadway St, Coal City, IL 60416). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421). The military honors will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the same location.
