He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Fond and Anthony J Belmonte Fond; and his sibling R. J. Belmonte. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Sandra Cwikla (Thomas) and Dan Belmonte (Danielle); his granddaughter Violet Belmonte Dear; his siblings-in-law, Pat Vienna (Sam) and Alton Hebert (Robin); his nieces and nephews, Tracy, Scott, Ryan, Nicole, Stephanie, Jennifer and AJ; his great-nieces, Tiffany and Nicole; and his great-nephew Levi.
In lieu of flowers contributions in Tony's name to the Michael J. Fox Foundation would be appreciated.
