He is survived by: his parents, William Gillette and Kathy Gillette (Hastings); his children, Morgen Koelker and Seth Gillette; his siblings, Mark Gillette (Beth), Rob Gillette (Jennifer) and Amy Tuma (Steve); his nephews, Jordan, Lucas, Zach, Jacob and Cooper; and his great-nephew Brayden.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
