He is survived by: his wife Gale Miller (Janetske); and his children, John Miller (Renee), Nancy Anderson (Matt) and Paul Miller (Ruth). He is also survived by grandchildren; and many special friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the ASPCA.
