He was predeceased by: his parents, Webb Malone and Jane Malone; his brother Daniel Ward Malone; and his brother-in-law Jon Soucek. He is survived by: his daughters, Eden Marie Malone (Eddie) and Arielle Francis Malone; his former wife Patty Wheeler; his pet Leo; and his siblings, Molly Jane Malone, Patrick Webb Malone (Kathy) and Timothy Thomas Malone (Glorie).

Donations made in lieu of flowers will be used to honor Terry with a memorial established by his family.
