It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Jean Eberle of Roscoe, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Pfile and Hazel Pfile (Meinert). She is survived by: her husband Gareth Allen Eberle; her children, Grant Eberle (Emma) and Wendy Humphries (Gary); her grandchildren, Kale Humphries, Griffin Humphries, Graham Eberle and Lena Eberle; and her brother Norman Pfile (Karon).

In lieu of flowers donations in her memory can be made to any of the following: Rockford Woman's Club, Westminster Presbyterian Church or the American Cancer Society.
